Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to join our Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) team on a large‑scale, high‑profile Data Centre project. In this leadership role, you will oversee the coordination of architectural and related Data Centre CSA packages, drive site performance, and ensure successful project delivery in line with client, safety, quality, and schedule expectations.


Key Responsibilities

Data Centre Project & Package Management

  • Lead and coordinate architectural and Data Centre CSA work packages from planning through execution and close‑out.
  • Manage day‑to‑day site operations to ensure smooth, efficient project delivery.

Health, Safety & Quality

  • Oversee site safety activities in collaboration with dedicated safety personnel, ensuring a safe working environment throughout all project phases.
  • Drive site quality assurance processes in partnership with the project team.

Scheduling & Planning

  • Work closely with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consulting engineers/architects to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure all milestones and client requirements are consistently met.

Commercial & Cost Support

  • Assist project quantity surveyors (QS) with cost tracking, forecasting, and commercial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Data Centre CSA sector with a strong architectural bias.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing of construction works.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience delivering large‑scale MEP‑intensive projects.
