Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to join our Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) team on a major Data Centre development. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong architectural background and proven leadership experience on large, complex Data Centre projects. You will oversee package coordination, drive site performance, and ensure consistent delivery in line with client expectations across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Package Management
- Lead and coordinate all architectural and CSA packages on a high‑performance Data Centre project.
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations to ensure efficient and seamless execution.
- Support the delivery of sophisticated technical solutions typical of modern Data Centres.
Health, Safety & Quality
- Oversee site safety in collaboration with dedicated safety teams, ensuring full compliance and best‑practice implementation across the Data Centre site.
- Lead QA processes and ensure quality standards are met at every project stage.
Scheduling & Planning
- Work closely with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consulting design teams to maintain an accurate, achievable schedule aligned with Data Centre delivery requirements.
- Ensure project milestones and client obligations are consistently achieved.
Commercial & Cost Support
- Assist project quantity surveyors with cost tracking, forecasting, and commercial reporting throughout the lifecycle of the Data Centre project.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (essential).
- Minimum 10 years of CSA experience, with a strong architectural focus.
- Solid experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing construction activities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working on large‑scale MEP‑driven environments, ideally within the Data Centre sector.
