Our client is a premier data centre delivery partner providing full turnkey solutions across Europe. They are currently seeking a full-time, on-site BIM Coordinator for a major project in Skellefteå.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee and resolve multi-discipline coordination issues and spatial clashes.
Generate 2D and 3D drawings, schedules, and specifications following the project BIM plan.
Partner with site engineers and package managers to integrate complex MEP installations.
Guide and mentor junior members within the BIM team.
Candidate Requirements
Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering large-scale projects.
Advanced Revit skills with a mandatory MEP bias.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks is highly preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and organisational abilities.
