Our client is a premier data centre delivery partner providing full turnkey solutions across Europe. They are currently seeking a full-time, on-site BIM Team Lead for a major project in Skellefteå.
Role Responsibilities
Assume overall responsibility for the delivery of BIM requirements across the entire project.
Lead and manage a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure all subcontractors and site teams adhere to standard BIM procedures and protocols.
Partner with site engineers and package managers to facilitate complex MEP installations.
Oversee the resolution of multi-discipline coordination issues and spatial clashes.
Produce 2D and 3D drawings and schedules in alignment with the project BIM Execution plan.
Drive innovation by contributing to research and development for new BIM technologies and processes.
Candidate Requirements
Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering multiple large-scale projects.
Advanced Revit skills with a mandatory MEP bias.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks is highly preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and organisational abilities.
