Ganger (Civil / Construction) - BAE Systems
Location: Glasgow
Contract Length: 12 Months
Working Pattern: 4‑Day Week (Monday - Thursday)
Pay Rate: £17.57 per hour (PAYE)

Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Ganger for a long-term contract based at BAE Systems in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a secure, well‑run site with a consistent Monday to Thursday working week.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a small gang on site
- Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Coordinating daily activities and allocating tasks
- Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
- Liaising with supervisors and site management
- Reporting progress and any issues on site
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Ganger
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- CSCS card (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
