Our client, is currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their highly skilled team in Bath. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, ranging from local infrastructure to global city planning, providing integrated multi-disciplinary services throughout the entire project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, reviewing civil infrastructure design from project proposition through to construction
- Planning project resources and finances while monitoring job financial performance
- Managing technical staff, contributing to planning team workload, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications, and schedules
- Participating in customer-focused work winning to secure the project pipeline
Job Requirements:
- Strong technical background in infrastructure design, specifically in Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage
- Experience in successful multidisciplinary project delivery, with strong team management and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage
- Membership in a relevant professional institution
- Willingness to travel and a desire to lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
