Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all on-site civil activities with adherence to industry standards
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site personnel
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Interfacing with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide regular progress updates
- Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and reports
- Implementing and enforcing site safety procedures and protocols
- Resolving any on-site issues and addressing setbacks promptly
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Site Supervisor within the Civil sector
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and site management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in maintaining safety standards and regulations
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field
