CNC Setter/Operator - Miller (FANUC) - Night Shift
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £32,300 - £34,200 per annum (including night shift uplift £38,787 - £40,404)
Hours: Night shift - 37 hours per week
We are currently seeking semi-skilled CNC Setter/Operators to join our night shift team in Tewkesbury . If you have experience working with FANUC-controlled Milling machines and a background in precision engineering (ideally within aerospace), we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting and operating CNC Mill Lathe machines with FANUC controls to produce high-precision components to specification.
Working from engineering drawings to ensure parts are produced to the required tolerances.
Carrying out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation in line with 5C/5S practices.
Supporting a positive and efficient workshop environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience setting and operating CNC Mill machinery (FANUC control knowledge essential).
Background in aerospace or other high-precision industries preferred.
Ability to work independently to set jobs and monitor output quality.
