About the Role
We are looking for a groundworker to be based across East & West Sussex, delivering essential civils and drainage works. You'll carry out day‑to‑day site activities including excavations, manhole repairs, installations, and general drainage network maintenance.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in groundworks, utilities, or civils environments.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make safe, informed decisions on‑site.
- Physically capable of undertaking manual tasks.
- Desirable: NRSWA (Streetworks), Cat & Genny, or similar utility‑sector training
