  • Work closely with design and delivery teams to ensure land proposals align with consents, programme, and construction methodology
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with landowners, farmers, agents, clients, and internal project teams
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively
  • Support collaborative project delivery, often working from site or project offices
  • Maintain accurate records, provide regular client updates, and ensure agreed KPIs are achieved
  • Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, and best practice
  • Maintain continuing professional development and remain up to date with legal and technical changes

Essential Requirements

  • RICS qualified, newly qualified, or qualified by experience
  • Strong agricultural and rural land knowledge (essential)

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required

Desirable

  • Experience with wayleaves, easements, land acquisition, CPO processes, and environmental consents
  • Previous involvement in utilities or linear infrastructure schemes

Benefits

  • Salary up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
