The Opportunity: As a Senior/Principal Electronics Engineer you will work within the avionics product development teams, developing a range of product solutions to meet the needs of new and advanced avionic platforms. The role requires leadership experience across the product development lifecycle from conceptual design, requirements capture and analysis through to system integration and commissioning.

Role Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Lead hardware aspects of unit design and development of electronic systems, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and cost targets.
- System Integration: Integrate electronic components and systems into larger products, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Leadership: Skills in managing timelines, resources, and project deliverables. Leading and mentoring junior engineers and guiding project teams
- Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience needed:
- Degree‑level education in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in electronic engineering design, including component and sub‑system development
- Ability to interpret customer or system requirements and contribute to technical solutions
- Exposure to defining technical requirements, interfaces, and design documentation
- Experience or understanding of analog and digital electronics
- Familiarity with programmable logic, embedded systems, or hardware description languages
- Use of electronic simulation or analysis tools
- Awareness of PCB design, signal integrity, EMC, and mixed‑signal concepts
- Knowledge of power supply design and power management principles
- Experience with testing, verification, and debugging of electronic hardware
- Comfortable working across the full engineering lifecycle, from concept through delivery
Leadership & Delivery:
- Project leadership, including ownership of schedules and deliverables
- Technical leadership and mentoring of junior engineers
