Stores Person (x2)

We are currently recruiting two Stores Persons to join an innovative aerospace manufacturer based in Titchfield. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing organisation as it prepares to move into a brand‑new, purpose‑built facility.
The Role
You will support production by ensuring the accurate and efficient control of materials and stock. This role involves booking in, kitting, stock counting, and maintaining full traceability and data integrity within the stores operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all stores activities including goods receiving, kitting, and perpetual inventory (PI) counts across OE and Aftermarket stores
- Work closely with internal customers to meet production and operational requirements
- Maintain full traceability and accurate system records
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and 5S in all working areas
- Move stock and components between departments and warehouse locations
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous stores or warehouse experience is desirable
- Computer literate, with experience using Excel, Word, and MRP/ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and documentation accurately
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work
Working Hours (37 hours per week)
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:15
- Friday: 07:30 - 11:30
Pay Rates - PAYE (Paid Holiday Included)
Initial Rates
- Basic: £15.40 per hour
- Overtime: £23.11 (x1.5)
- Sundays: £30.81 (x2)
After 12 Weeks (£30,548.23 per annum)
- Basic: £15.88 per hour
- Overtime: £23.82 (x1.5)
- Sundays: £31.75 (x2)
Eligibility Requirements
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
- Must be eligible to comply with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
