Our client, a prominent entity in the highways sector, is seeking a Permit Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis to cover maternity leave. This fully on-site role requires you to work five days a week in the client's office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing streetworks permits efficiently for a busy highway authority
  • Utilising Street Manager and Confirm software to process and monitor permits
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant streetworks legislation and guidelines
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to facilitate smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate records of all permits and related documentation
  • Providing regular updates and reports to management on permit status
  • Handling any permit-related enquiries or issues promptly and effectively

Job Requirements:
