Electrician - Thames Water Projects
Permanent Position - £48,000 + Package
Location: Thames Water Sites (Various)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join our team on a permanent basis, working across a range of Thames Water industrial sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well‑established business delivering essential infrastructure projects within the water sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning on Thames Water assets
- Working on industrial environments including water treatment works and pumping stations
- Fault finding, repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Ensuring compliance with Thames Water processes, safety standards and site procedures
- Working effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers
- Completing documentation, permits, and RAMS as required
Requirements
- Gold JIB/ECS Card - Essential
- Proven experience working on industrial electrical projects (water industry experience highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of pumps, motors, control panels, tray work, cabling and containment systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong commitment to health & safety
