Job Title: Manufacturing Operative

Salary: £15.79 per hour (inclusive of shift premium)

Introduction

Are you a skilled and motivated individual with experience in manufacturing? Our client, Prysmian Cables & Systems, a global leader in production, is expanding their operations and is looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join their team in a fast-paced factory environment.

What will I be doing?

As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll be:

• Setting, operating, and maintaining production machinery.
• Working efficiently within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

What do I need to succeed?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To be comfortable working with computers, and operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: RTITB Counterbalance Forklift license (not essential).
• Clear handwriting and accuracy when recording written numbers.
• Strong hand/eye coordination and safety awareness.
• Experience using handheld scanners.
