Dan Tchupan

I lead the Mobility Sector at Matchtech, with full P&L responsibility for our Automotive, Aerospace, and Maritime teams for the past three years. I’m what we call a “Boomerang,” having rejoined the business over eight years ago as a Senior Consultant in the Automotive team, before progressing to Sector Head. My passion lies in building strong networks and lasting relationships with clients and candidates. I take the time to understand wider business objectives so that we can deliver solutions that not only meet immediate talent needs but also support the long-term growth of our clients and the future career ambitions of individuals. I’m proud of the team we’ve built, the careers we’ve enabled, and the inclusive culture we continue to nurture. The tenure within our group speaks volumes, and nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping our people develop and succeed.
