With over three and a half years of recruitment experience, I specialise in sourcing top talent for the Renewables sector, focusing on Offshore Wind and Solar. My expertise lies in hiring Client Representatives, SAPs, Electrical Engineers, and Commissioning Engineers for large enterprises, developers, and contractors on a global scale. Transitioning from a sales background in 2019, I ventured into recruitment in 2022, successfully building my own desk through strong business development skills. Outside of work, I am an Arsenal fan with a keen interest in football, fitness, and music.
