With over 21 years of experience in recruiting, I specialise in placing top-tier professionals such as Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Marketing Managers, and Bid personnel within the Defence and Security industries. My expertise extends globally, supporting clients in the Defence, Security, and TMT sectors within the expansive engineering and technology market. With a foundational apprenticeship in IT from IBM, I bring a technical understanding to my recruitment approach. Outside of the professional sphere, my time is often spent transporting my two daughters to their social engagements, while I find pleasure in supporting Southampton FC and occasionally managing to fit in a round of golf.
