I’m a people focused recruitment leader with more than 15 years of experience in the Highways and construction world. I’m proud to lead a team of brilliant recruiters across two locations, and together we deliver top quality technical talent for permanent and contract roles across the UK. I love developing people, and I’m lucky to work with some of the best performers in the industry. Helping my team grow, succeed, and reach their full potential is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I’m at my best when I’m out meeting clients and candidates face to face. Building genuine, long lasting relationships is something I truly enjoy, and it allows me to understand exactly what people need. I work with a wide range of clients including County Councils, Tier 1 contractors, design consultancies, SMEs, and specialist subcontractors, and I’m passionate about helping them find the right talent to move their projects and businesses forward.

I’ve always had a real interest in our highways network. It plays such an important role in everyday life, connecting families, supporting businesses, and helping emergency services reach people when they need it most. Being able to support that through the work we do is something I take great pride in.

Away from work, my world revolves around my family and young kids. I love my sport, whether that’s coaching grassroots football, playing tennis or getting involved in a game of five a side. The teamwork, energy, and determination I put into sport are the same qualities I bring into my leadership style and my approach to recruitment every day.
