2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18+ at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.
One entry per person. Multiple entries (e.g., multiple email addresses) are not allowed and may result in disqualification.
3. How to Enter
Complete the survey hosted on Microsoft Forms during the Promotion Period (defined below) and submit your contact email at the end of the survey.
No purchase necessary. Internet access is required.
4. Promotion Period
Opens: 12 December 2025, 14:00 GMT
Closes: 31 December 2025, 23:59 GMT
Entries received after the closing date/time will not be eligible.
5. Incentive Structure
All eligible entrants will be entered into a random draw to win one Amazon.co.uk e‑gift card worth £150 (the “Prize”).
The draw will take place within 30 working days of the closing date. One winner will be drawn at random.
6. Winner/Recipient Notification & Fulfilment
Winner will be notified by email to the address supplied on the survey within 30 working days of the draw.
Vouchers will be issued as Amazon.co.uk e‑gift cards via email only. A valid UK email address is required.
7. Voucher Terms
Amazon.co.uk e‑gift cards are subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions, including expiry rules; see Amazon.co.uk for details. The Promoter is not responsible for Amazon’s terms, availability, or service.
No cash or other alternative, except that the Promoter may substitute a similar voucher of equal or higher value if necessary.
8. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, bulk, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data (e.g., email address) will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this promotion and issuing vouchers.

10. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, computer or network failures, or for emails lost, mislaid, delayed, or not received.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. General
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will use reasonable endeavours to minimise any disruption to entrants.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
