Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management: Handle the rental management of cycle hangar spaces, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Oversee the roll-out of new bike hangars and the completion of a batch of installations.
- Supplier Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers for the repair and maintenance of bike hangars.
- Process Development: Develop new processes and online solutions to improve efficiency.
- Report Writing: Create detailed and accurate reports. A background in report writing is essential.
- Line Management: Supervise and support three Support Officers, providing guidance and ensuring effective team performance.
- Procurement and Governance: Ensure compliance with procurement and governance standards.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Previous line management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in procurement and governance is a plus.
