Who is the program for?

This referral scheme is only for 'Matchtech Iberia' and referrals for 'Matchtech UK' are not eligible.

It is intended for all people outside the organisation and our staff consultants who work for our clients. As part of this program, you can refer friends and colleagues to work and get rewarded.

Who can participate in this referral program?

Anyone can refer a friend or colleague who works in IT and is willing to consider other career opportunities.

In order to participate in this program, you must be at least 18 years old and be a "natural person", not be a legal entity.

How does the program work?

• Refer your friends or colleagues to us by submitting the contact form on this page;
• If the person you referred is hired, you will receive an Amazon gift card worth at least €500 6 months after they have completed their integration period.

Are all the recommendations valid?

While the vast majority of recommendations are accepted, they must meet the following criteria:

• not having had contact with the Matchtech team in the last twelve months 
• not having any kind of previous relationship with our company.

How do I know that my recommendations have been considered?

After submitting the referral, you will receive an email from our team confirming the submission;

• If the person you referred is hired, you'll receive an email notification and know the expected completion date of the onboarding;
• six months after contracting and after their integration period, you will receive your Amazon gift card.

What happens if someone recommends the same person as me?

If two people refer the same person, the person who made the referral first will receive the incentive.

What will I get?

For each referred person that is hired, you will receive at least €500 in a card for purchases in Amazon online stores.

How do I get the Amazon gift card?

Six months after hiring the person you referred to us and passing their integration period, you will receive the card in digital format, through the email address you provided us.

How many referrals can I make under this program?

There are no referral limits.

Can I submit recommendations at any time?

Yes, whenever you want.

How long are the referrals valid?

The referrals made are valid for twelve months. You will receive a notification if the person is hired during this period.
