Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing project delivery on highways and public realm schemes
- Ensuring all works comply with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Managing site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
- Monitoring project progress and reporting any issues or delays
- Maintaining detailed site records and preparing project reports
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
- Providing technical advice and guidance to site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in site management within the highways sector
- Proven background as a Site Agent or Senior Site Agent
- PTS Civils certification
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Relevant Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
