Construction & Logistics Co‑ordinator
Location: Dublin (Site-Based)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, equivalent to €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Construction & Logistics Co‑ordinator to support logistics and construction operations on a major, high‑profile Data Centre project. Working closely with the Construction Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating site deliveries, managing booking systems, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials in line with the project programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site deliveries, access arrangements, and material movements
- Manage and maintain the delivery booking system, tracking logistics schedules
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site construction teams
- Review, mark up, and update drawings using Bluebeam (or equivalent software)
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation via the Project Site Access System
- Monitor storage areas, laydown zones, and ensure compliance with traffic management plans
- Produce regular logistics and progress reports for the wider project team
- Attend weekly look‑ahead meetings and mark up drawings for logistics routes in advance
Candidate Requirements
- Background in Construction, Civil Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years' experience in a construction, site coordination, or logistics role
- Experience using Bluebeam, PDF Editor, or similar drawing review software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience working on large‑scale or data centre projects is advantageous but not essential
