Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, equivalent to €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)

About the Role


We are currently recruiting a Construction & Logistics Co‑ordinator to support logistics and construction operations on a major, high‑profile Data Centre project. Working closely with the Construction Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating site deliveries, managing booking systems, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials in line with the project programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily site deliveries, access arrangements, and material movements
  • Manage and maintain the delivery booking system, tracking logistics schedules
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site construction teams
  • Review, mark up, and update drawings using Bluebeam (or equivalent software)
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation via the Project Site Access System
  • Monitor storage areas, laydown zones, and ensure compliance with traffic management plans
  • Produce regular logistics and progress reports for the wider project team
  • Attend weekly look‑ahead meetings and mark up drawings for logistics routes in advance

Candidate Requirements

  • Background in Construction, Civil Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years' experience in a construction, site coordination, or logistics role
  • Experience using Bluebeam, PDF Editor, or similar drawing review software
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment
  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience working on large‑scale or data centre projects is advantageous but not essential
