Payroll Delivery Co-Ordinator
Location - Whiteley (Hybrid)
Salary - £27,850 per year
We are looking for a Payroll Delivery Co‑Ordinator to join the team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of contractor payrolls.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced payroll environment, with regular interaction across the business and with external contractors.
The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting weekly payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and handling payroll-related queries, ensuring compliance with HMRC legislation and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly contractor payrolls (PAYE, CIS, deemed payrolls)
- Maintain accurate payroll records and systems
- Respond to payroll queries via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and HMRC requirements
- Process ad-hoc payments outside of payroll (e.g. VAT or faster payments)
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining data accuracy

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- IT literate with good keyboard skills
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential data
Desirable:
- Previous payroll experience
- Excel skills
