Details of the role (technical requirements & person spec): · Administering and supporting Contruent / Deltek Prism (very niche system). · Running cost and programme reports. · Managing uploads, period loads, configurations and system changes. · Supporting end users with queries and report changes. · Acting as the main system administrator and point of contact for Prism. · Working closely with programme teams to understand business and cost management processes, not just the IT side. · Supporting ongoing use of Prism and potential future move to a cloud-based version. · This is not a PM role, but sits closely with PMO and programme teams.
What must you see on the CV? · Hands-on experience administering and running Contruent / Deltek Prism. · Experience producing cost and programme reports. · Evidence of supporting business users, not just technical configuration. · Experience working in large, complex programme or infrastructure environments. Top 3 essential skills: 1. Contruent / Deltek Prism administration (essential, niche). 2. Cost management systems & reporting. 3. Stakeholder and end-user support within PMO / programme environments. Top 3 desirable skills: 1. Wider cost management system experience. 2. Understanding of programme governance, cost control and change management. 3. Experience in transport, infrastructure or major capital programmes (e.g. Crossrail). Any particular experience/sector you would like the candidate to have? · Large infrastructure or public-sector programmes. · PMO or programme controls background preferred
