We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to support a key business integration programme, helping deliver a complex data and systems migration into a newly acquired part of the organisation. This will involve supporting data migration, network/environment integration, and ensuring critical applications remain stable and well-supported throughout change.
You'll join a global Applications Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, reporting to a Technical Architect, and provide day-to-day support to internal users alongside project-based migration and improvement work. You'll work across a varied application landscape, initially focusing on SharePoint, .NET and Java applications and associated platforms including Microsoft SQL Server.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets in line with SLAs (Tier 2; escalating to Tier 3 where needed)
- Troubleshoot application incidents, perform daily health checks, and drive root-cause fixes
- Support releases, patches and upgrades (testing and post-deployment validation)
- Contribute to migration activities, documentation/knowledge base updates, and continuous improvement
About you:
- IT degree or equivalent commercial application support experience
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working to SLAs/KPIs and managing competing priorities
- Experience using an ITSM tool (e.g., Vivantio or similar)
- Fluent English required
