Our client, a leading contractor in the water sector, is currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join their team in Worcester. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating lift operations on site
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting regular inspections and assessments to maintain operational standards
- Liaising with site management to ensure efficient workflow
- Coaching and mentoring site operatives
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Overseeing the setup of lifting equipment and ensuring it meets technical specifications
- Managing on-site logistics and resource allocation
Job Requirements:
- Experience in lift supervision, preferably within the water sector
- A valid CPCS Lift Supervisor certification
- SSSTS qualification
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports
Working Hours:
- 07:00 am - 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Weekend work and overtime available
