An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator to join a fast growing, innovative organisation on a fixed term contract basis. This role sits within a high performing Contracts & Procurement function, supporting the delivery of key programmes in a fast paced environment.

Location: Oxfordshire area - 3 days per week onsite

The Role
You will support the management of end to end procurement and contract activities, ensuring goods and services are sourced in a cost effective, compliant and efficient manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across both procurement and contract management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting procurement planning, sourcing strategies and programme alignment
  • Coordinating purchase orders and supplier onboarding activities
  • Assisting with supplier selection, performance tracking and relationship management
  • Supporting contract administration including documentation, notices and queries
  • Contributing to cost saving initiatives and reporting against targets
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across programmes
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records and reporting on activity

About you:

  • Experience within procurement and contracts, ideally in a fast paced or technical environment
  • Understanding of procurement processes, contract management and compliance
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Degree level education or working towards CIPS is advantageous
