🚧 Lift Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisors for immediate work on a busy Southern Water project based in Winchester.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating all lifting operations on site
- Ensuring all lifts are carried out in line with approved lift plans
- Supervising crane teams, slingers, and operatives to maintain safe working practices
✅ Essential Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Lift Supervisor (A62) card
- In-date medical certificate
- Proven experience in a similar role on construction or infrastructure sites
- Strong understanding of lifting procedures, risk assessments, and method statements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
