Job description

Reporting into the IT Infrastructure Manager and based from offices located in Reading, this is a permanent, full-time job role within a hugely successful professional services company.

This role is focused on supporting and maintaining the firm's IT infrastructure estate, including on-premise, supplier data centre and public cloud. You will also be supporting wide-ranging projects and operational systems. This will involve working closely with the IT Service and Transformation teams to ensure that the firm's IT initiatives are successful.

You will also be tasked with building and maintaining a knowledge bank of documentation and information to support the on-going management of the IT infrastructure estate. Microsoft technologies,

You will possess sound technical skills able to monitor and manage the firm's IT infrastructure estate on a day to day basis, including break/fix and maintenance. The direction of travel is Cloud so some exposure to AWS / Azure would be beneficial.
