Introduction
Our client, a trusted partner in delivering cutting-edge data centres, is on the lookout for a Document Controller to join their team in Dublin on a permanent basis. This role plays a key part in keeping a fast-paced, dynamic site running smoothly as a vital member of the senior project team.
What will I be doing? In this role you'll:
- Make sure all project documents follow our Integrated Management System standards and are properly stored and issued
- Keep everyone in the loop by distributing relevant documents-like drawings, schedules, RFIs, and reports-to the right people at the right time
- Maintain and update key project logs and registers, tracking everything from documents to action items and issues
- Generate clear, regular status reports so the team always knows what's on track and what needs attention
- Work closely with external consultants and contractors to ensure everyone sticks to the project's document control procedures, while also supporting quality assurance and safety audits
What do I need to succeed?
- You've got solid experience in document control, preferably in the construction world
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-are a must
- Staying organized and connecting well with others comes naturally to you
- You're confident using IT tools, especially Microsoft Office
- Bonus if you've worked with knowledge-sharing apps before
