This role requires a leader who understands engineering processes and governance, and who can drive team development and effective customer engagement. Power electronics experience is beneficial but not essential, with a primary focus on product design and delivery.This role offers the unique opportunity to shape and define the team, providing technical leadership and managing the delivery of multiple projects. Focused on designing cutting-edge products for Marine and Defence applications.
Key responsibilities required for this role will include:
Leadership & Team Coordination
- Lead and coordinate an engineering team, ensuring effective use of expertise and fostering team development.
- Provide strategic direction, guiding the team through a shift to a configure-to-order business model.
- Promote collaboration within the team, focusing on delivering high-quality products on schedule
