Job description
Site Supervisor/Engineer
Location: Enoch Hill Wind Farm, Scotland (near Cumnock)
Duration: Immediate start, with potential for ongoing projects
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily site cover for Enoch Hill Wind Farm, overseeing construction activities and ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Monitor civil works, including WTG foundation construction, and record progress.
- Witness inspections and maintain accurate records of site activities.
- Attend site meetings and issue weekly reports on project progress.
- Utilize experience in wind farms or renewables sites to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including holding SMSTS or similar equivalent, CSCS card, or Trade card with H&S CITB test passed for supervisory work.
- Flexibility for potential relocation to other projects, such as wind farms or solar farms, with varying durations.
Requirements:
- SMSTS or similar equivalent qualification.
- CSCS card or Trade card with H&S CITB test passed for supervisory work.
- Experience in civil supervision and construction project management, particularly within wind farms or renewables sites.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and potentially relocate for future projects.
- Compensation:
- The all-in rate range will be provided upon request, with consideration for qualifications and experience.
- A 4x4 vehicle and fuel will be provided on site.
