Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections of highways to identify any potential issues or hazards
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and quality standards
• Document and report findings from inspections
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans
• Review and assess construction plans to ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to address maintenance and repair needs
• Participate in safety audits and investigations
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in highway maintenance or inspection
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools
