Senior Detail Designer (Structures)

Our client, a leading Defence & Security company, is looking for a Senior Detail Designer (Structures) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering design within the Defence sector, focusing on Maritime Naval Ships (MNS).

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed engineering design activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Producing accurate technical drawings and specifications
• Identifying and resolving design issues
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Participating in design reviews
• Assisting in the preparation of technical reports and documentation

• Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in using design software and tools particularly Foran
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
