Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the successful delivery of electrical aspects of a capital project in the water sector
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on electrical engineering activities
- Support the development and implementation of electrical design solutions
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the water sector
- BSc/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or simialr
- 18th Edition
- CSCS, EUSR, SMSTS desirable
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and relevant industry standards
- Proven experience in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience in using electrical design software
- Qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field
