We're looking for a reliable, hard‑working Groundworker to support our civils and drainage teams on a range of essential infrastructure projects. You'll assist skilled operatives, keep the site running smoothly, and play a key role in the safe, efficient delivery of day‑to‑day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, unloading and organising materials, tools and equipment
- Support operatives with digging trenches, drainage work and general groundwork
- Follow instructions from supervisors and report any hazards or issues promptly
- Support drainage teams with repair and installation tasks (where trained)
Desirable:
- CSCS card
- Streetworks (NRSWA)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in drainage, civils or groundworks
