Our client, an eminent player in the water industry, is currently seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead and oversee their civil engineering projects on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Overseeing site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring work adheres to quality standards
  • Coordinating site activities and resources to meet project requirements and timelines
  • Implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation and reports
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on site efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining good communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Job Requirements:
