Our client BAE Systems, a prominent organisation within the Defence & Security sector, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role is based in Glascoed or Sunderland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Coordinating recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals
- Supporting workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
- Facilitating performance management and development programs
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Collaborating with HR team to drive continuous improvement in HR practices
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in HR management or business partnering roles
- Thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- CIPD qualification
- Flexibility to travel between sites as required
