Our client BAE Systems, a prominent organisation within the Defence & Security sector, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role is based in Glascoed or Sunderland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance
  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinating recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals
  • Supporting workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
  • Facilitating performance management and development programs
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with HR team to drive continuous improvement in HR practices

Job Requirements:

  • Strong experience in HR management or business partnering roles
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • CIPD qualification
  • Flexibility to travel between sites as required
