AI Data Centre Delivery - Europe
Location: UK → Austria (9-month secondment)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + package
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Project Scheduler / Planner to support the successful delivery of a large-scale AI data centre project in Austria.
This role will be instrumental in driving programme certainty and ensuring alignment across complex construction and MEP activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes (Primavera P6 / similar)
- Monitor progress against milestones and identify risks to delivery
- Produce short-term and long-term construction programmes
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure programme alignment
- Provide critical path analysis and mitigation strategies
- Support reporting, dashboards, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate inputs across multiple disciplines and contractors
Requirements
- Experience as a Planner / Scheduler within construction or MEP
- Strong understanding of project sequencing and delivery
- Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or complex builds (preferred)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
