Senior Project Surveyor / Project Manager (Key Account / Client Lead) - Defence & Security
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional site visits
Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)
We're hiring a Senior Project Surveyor / Project Manager to join a well-established consultancy delivering work across the Defence & Security space. This is a senior, client-facing position where you'll lead key accounts, steer delivery across long-term engagements, and help grow relationships in a high-trust, regulated environment.

What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing strategic client accounts (senior relationship & commercial ownership)
- Managing senior stakeholders and acting as the primary point of contact
- Overseeing delivery standards across multiple workstreams / long-term engagements
- Spotting opportunities to expand scope and deepen client relationships
- Supporting supplier relationship management and procurement activity where needed
- Working collaboratively with internal delivery teams to ensure outcomes are met
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and client/account leadership
- Background in project management / delivery oversight (consultancy environment ideal)
- Understanding of commercial drivers and long-term account growth
- Experience with supplier management / procurement is beneficial
- Security clearance is required (or must be eligible to hold clearance, depending on level)
- British nationality required due to security constraints
