We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our client on a 6 month initial contract basis. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can manage complex projects within a multifaceted organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT background, specifically in IT Project & Programme Management. You will be primarily remote with occasional travel in to the client site in Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple projects
- Engage and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to drive project success
- Lead the Digital Forms project as part of the Retail Efficiencies Programme, aiming to digitise in-store workflows
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, ensuring all scope and governance requirements are met
- Act as a self-starter, proactively seeking out information and solutions to move projects forward
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation
- Ensure strict adherence to governance and project management best practices
Job Requirements:
- Experience in IT Project & Programme Management
- Proven track record of managing complex projects within a retail environment
- Confidence and resilience in engaging with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to develop comprehensive project plans and drive project scope
- Strong governance and project management skills
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and navigate ambiguous situations effectively
- Proficiency in using M365 applications for project delivery
