Our client is currently seeking a Senior Development Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. This position involves managing and supporting land and property asset disposals, with a specific focus on development management within the highways sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing land and property disposal projects directly or through external agents
- Conducting pre-disposal feasibility assessments
- Supporting asset valuations and developmental land disposal activities
- Ensuring effective development management across all assigned projects
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations
Job Requirements:
- Experience in development management, particularly in the highways sector
- Proficiency in managing land and property disposal projects
- Strong background in asset valuations and development land disposal
- Valid category B driving licence for car use
- Ability to commit to a hybrid working pattern, with in-office attendance in Winchester on Mondays
Contract Details:
- Targeted Start Date: 20-07-2026
- Duration: Initially 6 months, with possible extension
- Hours: Up to 37 hours per week; part-time hours considered
