What you'll be doing:
- Shape future concepts - Lead early-stage investigations, exploring "what if", "when", and "how" scenarios to define viable system solutions
- Drive system design - Develop system, sub-system, and equipment-level requirements, ensuring performance meets ambitious goals
- Influence key decisions - Conduct trade studies, resolve design challenges, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Deliver end-to-end systems engineering - Work across the full V-model, supporting verification, trials, and evidence-based validation
- Collaborate across boundaries - Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver concept demonstrations and breakthrough capabilities
What we're looking for:

- Systems engineering, particularly in architecture, requirements, and lifecycle delivery
- Tools such as DOORS, DOORS Next, or Rhapsody
- Trade studies, problem-solving, and resolving complex design challenges
- Ability to work independently or within small, high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
