Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily and monthly reconciliations of financial accounts
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies between different sets of financial data
  • Maintaining accurate records of all reconciliation activities
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and financial statements
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Investigating and addressing any inconsistencies in financial data
  • Providing support during audits and other financial examinations
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in financial reconciliations or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Relevant financial or accounting qualification preferred
