We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer - Archer to join a growing Enterprise IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the technical authority for the Archer platform, driving innovation, automation, and integration across a critical enterprise technology landscape.

As a key member of the GRC Product Team, you'll provide end-to-end technical leadership across solution design, delivery, and governance, ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the technical SME and authority for the Archer platform
• Designing, developing and maintaining integrations using JavaScript and other scripting technologies
• Implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Providing technical governance through code reviews, standards definition and best-practice guidance
• Collaborating with product, architecture, security and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Identifying optimisation opportunities and contributing to the long-term GRC technology roadmap
• Ensuring platform configurations and integrations meet security and quality standards

What We're Looking For

You'll bring a strong technical background combined with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with the Archer platform in a technical, engineering, or product delivery capacity
• Proven experience delivering technology solutions within Agile environments
• Strong JavaScript development experience in production environments, including integrations, workflows, and automation
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience driving technical standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
