Rate: £500-£550 per day (Umbrella)

Overview
You'll lead delivery within a regulated, critical national infrastructure environment-owning planning, governance, stakeholder management, and safe delivery into service.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, report, execute and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
* Prepare affected staff and business areas for new ways of working.
* Manage virtual teams via matrix management and line manage members of the Project Delivery Team.
* Follow appropriate governance within the regulatory framework of a licensed critical national infrastructure organisation.
* Support Project Delivery Practice management tasks, such as the Project Managers Working Group.
* Demonstrate adherence to organisational behaviours.
* Maintain high levels of expertise and credibility through continuous professional development.
* Ensure Operational Safety and Health & Safety activities are undertaken for all projects.
Skillset/experience required:
- Project Management qualification (APM PMQ/APM or equivalent).
* STEM degree and/or extensive experience in a management role, notably in Project and Programme Management.
* Proven experience in delivery and integration of complex projects.
* Experience of establishing strong commercial relationships and understanding of contract management.
* Comprehensive knowledge of current and evolving Project Management processes and methodologies.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to understand business drivers and manage projects to meet evolving business needs.
* Target Competence Ratings as per the APM Competence Framework at the Project Manager Master Level.
