The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Change Manager to support a major transformation programme within our clients Digital portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering large-scale digital, IT, OT, and Cyber change initiatives across a complex, enterprise environment.
You will work at a portfolio level, shaping and delivering integrated change strategies that enable successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of integrated business change plans across multiple programmes and projects
- Create and communicate a compelling strategic change narrative, connecting initiatives and demonstrating cumulative business value
- Drive business readiness and user adoption across digital transformation initiatives
- Focus on the people side of change, ensuring smooth adoption of systems, processes, and technologies
- Work closely with business leaders, project teams, and HR to align change activity with organisational impact
- Operate both strategically and hands-on, supporting delivery where required
- Contribute to the ongoing development of change frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Maximise the adoption and usage of newly implemented platforms and systems
About You
We are looking for a highly capable, adaptable change professional who thrives in complex environments.
Essential:
- Recognised change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
- Strong experience delivering change in enterprise-scale digital programmes
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Proven experience driving user adoption and business readiness
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Working Arrangements
- 50% of time onsite at one of the following locations: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Perth, or Inverness
- Remaining time spent working from home.
