I am currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join a well respected solution provider within the Water Industry. They are seeking someone with over 5 years experience managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and the ability to run multiple projects.

The position offers flexible hybrid working.

You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to progress their career from a Managing Quantity Surveyor position or is seeking a new challenge within the Water Industry.

Day to day duties:

• Experience of managing and developing an individual or small team
• Working with NEC form of contract
• To oversee the procurement process ensure that all policies are developed and agreed and that tender processes are followed correctly
• Financial management of projects
• Negotiating contracts
